Cabogata Garden Hotel Club & Spa, leisure and sports centre


At Cabogata Garden Hotel Club & Spa you can find a wide range of sporting activities both on-site and near the hotel. This includes a sports hall equipped for indoor sports at international levels which is only 20 meters from our hotel. This sports centre is at the disposal of our guests with prior reservation. You can also use the facilities of our neighbouring hotel, Cabogata Mar Garden.

Cabogata Garden Hotel Club & Spa has supported sports events such as the National Championships, academics, campus development and international indoor events such as basketball, volleyball, taekwondo, indoor soccer, handball and fencing.

For golf lovers we offer the chance to play an 18-hole championship “par 72" course, 6278m in length, just 3 minutes drive from the hotel. The club also offers practice and training facilities.

For those who enjoy two wheels, the Hotel offers a new bike station (100m2) with a capacity of around 180 bicycles. Developed in 2010, the complex has a 15m2 workshop for repairs (tools available on request) and an area of 20m2 for cleaning and maintaining your bike.
The natural environment of Almería offers endless possibilities in both road cycling and mountain biking routes, incorporating flat road and mountain tracks. These are suitable for professionals, amateur teams, cycle tourists and those who enjoy the environment and company of friends.

For those who want to be active and enjoy our Garden Experience Entertainment Team, we offer a full sports programme monitored by our entertainers and sports specialists such as aerobics, gymnastics, stretching, power walking, soccer, volleyball, paddle, tennis, foot-tennis, water polo and aqua gym.

You can also participate in fun recreational activities such as pool games, competitions, water volleyball, water basketball, cocktail games, theme days, family games, archery, rifle, pistol, sjoelen, shuffle board, darts, table tennis, french-boules and excursions.
Paddle and multipurpose tennis courts are available to reserve.
If you come on holiday with your family, we offer you a full entertainment program for children (4 to 12 years), led by our Garden Experience entertainment team. Activities include handicrafts, recreational games, sports games, pool games (mini water polo, water basketball, team games) and creative activities such as face painting, magical paintings and rehearsals for shows.

Once a week the hotel holds a special theme day, dedicated to a specific theme incorporating costumes, makeup and special creative activities using recyclable material. During this exclusive day the children are looked after by the entertainers and participate in games, activities and shows.
For the teenagers and adults we have our Garden Experience Day. This is a special day in which our guests get to know each other, join in some different activities and compete against our entertainment team. During this day we also present the hotel staff who are working together to make your holidays unforgettable.

As the evening begins, it’s time for family and friends to come together and enjoy the Mini-Disco. Here you can dance, sing, compete in games and receive your awards.

After the Mini-disco it’s Showtime. At Garden Hotels you can see professional visual shows, Garden Experience dance shows, theme nights, competitions, dance evenings, comedy café’s and mini playback shows for children and teenagers.
