GastronomíaAlmeria's cuisine is imaginative, varied and original. The basis of the cuisine is derived from the pepper and paprika. Paprika is a humble dish that comes from poor seasons, typical of the fishing quarters. It is a light meal, aromatic and healthy Mediterranean diet.
