Last Wednesday, 21 October held at the headquarters of the Confederation of Associations d'Empresarials the Balearics in Palma de Mallorca, the awards ceremony for the 4th Annual Premios CAEB the Environment, which aims to promote and recognize the work conducted by the business of the Balearic Islands for conservation of environment and minimizing and eliminating the negative impacts of the activity on the environment.
This year the awards went to one of the leading construction companies in the Balearic Islands, which offers its clients work with ecologically sustainable alternative materials, two hotels and a business association.

The event was inaugurated by President of the CAEB, Josep Oliver, and the Director General of Environmental Quality, Josep Lliteres. Subsequently, firms finalists received awards and diplomas to those who have been awarded their projects, which were briefly explained. And finally, the event closed with an address by the Regional Minister for the Environment, Miquel Àngel Grimalt.
