If we take a look at the sea, the gardens and the dominant landscape of olive, almond and orange trees, you can guess what exists in the typical cuisine of the largest of the islands forming the archipelago.

Its exquisite Majorcan cuisine uses many products of land and sea, and is necessary to emphasize that the majority of dishes have the common ingredient - olive oil, proceeding from the olive groves from the Mountains of Tramuntana.
The Balearic gastronomy, counts on our delicious seasonal dishes among which are: tumbet, (savoury vegetable layers) trempó, (tomato, onion & pepper salad) cocas, (savoury tarts) cocarrois, (savoury pasties) panadas, (savoury pies) frito, (fresh meat & tripe) l'arròs brut, (dirty rice soup) and the lechona (roast suckling pig).
