Garden Not Common is our programme of uncommon actions that gives a name to our most remarkable initiatives in the field of sustainable tourism, which we have been implementing at Garden Hotels since virtually day one. Since that time, back in 1986, we have established solid values based on innovation, hospitality, commitment, enthusiasm, trust, quality and, of course, sustainability. We were pioneers in the field of the circular economy almost without knowing it, putting into practice certain actions designed to take care of our environment and our people.

Organic Mallorcan Lamb

We support Mallorcan farmers and the local economy. Organic and natural foods are the basis of our cuisine. We prepare dishes that preserve the natural cycle in harmony with the environment.

Plastic Free

savings of 1.5 tonnes of plastic per season

We are working hard to reduce our use of plastic, for instance, by replacing toiletries with products in refillable dispensers. Thanks to these actions, we have managed to save on tonnes of plastic that often ends up in our seas and oceans.

We have developed our first in-house composting plant. We are the first hotel chain to convert the organic waste generated in our establishments into compost suitable for organic farming.
