We want you to enjoy a different experience on holiday during mealtimes. With this in mind, we have paid special attention to our dining experience so you can have a truly enjoyable and well-deserved getaway. In addition, you can enjoy the excellent entertainment programme of Garden Hotels. We have put aside two evenings a week for Majorcan, Andalusian, Mexican and Asian cuisine, in a spot that is decorated accordingly.
We invite you to try our organic lamp, a main ingredient in Majorcan cuisine, which is cooked on a slow burner. All of the produce we use are sourced using our philosophy “from the countryside to the table” and are all high-quality seasonal products that come in the form of rice, “frito mallorquín”(a mixture of lamb, potatoes and vegetables), “tumbet” (a vegetable dish) “coca de verduras” (a vegetable pizza) and much more.
Evenings dedicated to Andalusian folklore are centred around tapas: meat, fish, typical Andalusian cold cuts and excellent wine to accompany your meal. During our Mexican evenings you can try a selection of spicy food, such as: tacos, chile, shredded meat, fajitas and nachos in an exquisite atmosphere decorated with Mexican craftwork and traditional music to complete your experience. You’ll even see our staff dressed up!
