For us it is fundamental that our cuisine is based on the local produce of the destination in which we find ourselves. Both at a gastronomic level and at an economic level, we must promote the resources of the place where we are located. For this reason, since 2015 we have developed an agreement with the Association of Producers of Organic Farming in Mallorca -APAEMA- and we obtained fruits, vegetables and typical Majorcan delicacies which are free of pesticides from the “Finca Sa Teulera”, an organic farm located in Manacor and Petra.
These products make up the extensive buffet at our hotel for families in Playa de Muro, Playa Garden Selection Hotel & Spa, where you can taste the dishes that most represent the island. In the same way, you can also try one of our flagship suggestions: the organic lamb. We call it that because it has been looked after by Majorcan farmers who have supplied the produce from chemical-free pastures. And you can tell.
