CESGARDEN SL (hereinafter Garden Hotels), in its organization and management model, and in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory violations and fighting against corruption, has set up an Ethics Channel, not only to have a preventive effectiveness and enable the detection of acts or behaviors that could be contrary to general or sectoral regulations, but also to demonstrate its commitment to promoting good faith in its labor relations, both with its employees, as well as with its clients, suppliers, and other agents.

Its sole purpose is to report to the Ethics or Compliance Committee any detection of criminal or administrative violations, as well as the existence of any procedural or organizational weaknesses. The Ethics or Compliance Committee is an independent collegiate body whose main function is to receive, manage and coordinate the procedure regarding the communications received through the group’s ethics channels.

Who can make use of the Reporting Channel?

Any third party (investor, advisor, client, supplier, employees, collaborators etc.) may communicate complaints to the Committee by completing this form.

  • GARDEN HOTELS informs you that the personal data you provide us with in this registration form will be processed by CESGARDEN SL, as the party responsible for the processing.

  • Legitimation: Consent of the data subject.

  • Conservation periods: CESGARDEN SL will keep your personal data blocked for the duration of the legal limitation periods or claims when the reason for it ends. Once the legal limitation periods have expired, we will destroy your data.

  • Addressees:No data will be passed on to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.

  • Rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data, as well as the revocation of the consent given for the processing of the same by sending your request to the following e-mail address legal@grupogarden.com , as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
