CESGARDEN SL (hereinafter Garden Hotels), in its organization and management model, and in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory violations and fighting against corruption, has set up an Ethics Channel, not only to have a preventive effectiveness and enable the detection of acts or behaviors that could be contrary to general or sectoral regulations, but also to demonstrate its commitment to promoting good faith in its labor relations, both with its employees, as well as with its clients, suppliers, and other agents.
Its sole purpose is to report to the Ethics or Compliance Committee any detection of criminal or administrative violations, as well as the existence of any procedural or organizational weaknesses. The Ethics or Compliance Committee is an independent collegiate body whose main function is to receive, manage and coordinate the procedure regarding the communications received through the group’s ethics channels.
Who can make use of the Reporting Channel?
Any third party (investor, advisor, client, supplier, employees, collaborators etc.) may communicate complaints to the Committee by completing this form.
