The Sustainable Tourism Tax (ITS) was approved by the Balearic Government in July 2016. The purpose of this amount will be the financing of sustainable projects for responsible tourism.

The price will depend on the category of the establishment, for 5-star hotels and 4-star superior: between 1 and 4 € / day of stay / person over 16 years old (+ 10% VAT).

For 4-star, 4-star superior, and 3-star superior hotels: between 0.75 € and 3 € / day of stay / person over 16 years old (+ 10% VAT).

If it is low season there is a 75% reduction. If you stay more than 8 days there is a 50% reduction. Children under 16 are exempt.

13. Are there single-use plastics in the hotel?

Since 2019 and complying with the new Balearic Waste Law, we have eliminated single-use items in our bars and restaurants. Likewise, following the Balearic regulations on sustainable tourism, the amenities in the rooms are refillable or reusable format.

14. Are pets allowed?

Yes, a maximum of 2 pets weighing up to 15kg each can stay per room. It must be booked in advance with the pet supplement/extra.

The pool is freshwater.

The rooms are cleaned every two days.

Yes, for an extra cost if you choose accommodation only, you can enjoy one of two set menus at the café next to the hotel. 1) European breakfast, which includes bacon, eggs (fried, scrambled, or omelette), grilled tomato, beans, toast with butter and jam, croissant, juice, and coffee with milk or tea; and 2) Mediterranean breakfast, which includes brown bread with Mahon cheese and Serrano ham or sweet option, olives, croissant, ensaimada, juice, and coffee with milk or tea.
