BioCorner (Buffet)

Mallorcan organic lamb
We offer 3,000 kg of Mallorcan organic lamb each season, along with 20,000 kg of organic produce in our hotels. This initiative drives local agriculture and contributes to sustainable development. Every dish stands out for its quality and commitment to the environment. The organic products used in our menus reinforce the value of consuming locally sourced, environmentally friendly food, promoting a sustainable economy in the Balearic region.

KM0
In our hotels, we use 95,000 kg of Balearic-origin products each season, which helps support the local economy and minimize the ecological footprint. These foods are carefully selected to ensure freshness and quality, while respecting the environment and promoting sustainable practices. Our commitment to “km 0” products strengthens our dedication to the development of the circular economy, reducing emissions, and supporting local producers, who are essential to the environmental and social balance of the Balearic Islands.

No plastic
We have eliminated single-use plastics in our hotels, achieving a reduction of 1.5 tons of plastic per season. This measure is part of our strategy to protect the environment, prevent marine pollution, and promote the use of sustainable materials. We are committed to continuing to implement innovative solutions that reduce waste and encourage responsible resource management. This joint effort between hotels and guests is key to a cleaner and more sustainable future.

Composting
We are the first hotel chain to convert organic waste into organic compost. This project transforms waste into high-quality fertilizer, supporting sustainable agriculture and reducing environmental impact. The initiative strengthens our commitment to the circular economy, improving waste management and promoting sustainability. Additionally, we raise awareness among guests and employees about the importance of recycling and reusing. Through this program, we contribute to a more planet-friendly model, encouraging sustainable practices at all levels.

Circular FP (Vocational Training)
We train professionals in sustainability. Since 2021, we have been collaborating with vocational training centers to create methodologies that integrate students into the Circular Economy. We educate on key values for sustainable development.
