Miquel Ramis
President & Founder
Miquel Ramis started as a textiles shop assistant and, among other occupations, he was a heel and liquor salesman, until he now holds the presidency of our business group.
He was the co-founder and CEO of a large construction company and of the Garden Hotels hotel chain, with two other partners. In 1999 Miquel Ramis decided to continue his proffesional career with his children, keeping the commercial bran Garden Hotels and is the current of this chain together with a laundry, construction and development company, among other businesses. With a dual personality, both ambitious and humble, he has been able to adapt to changing times. His strategic and entrepreneurial vision earned him the important Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2022, as well as the Gold Medal of the Department for Tourism in Mallorca in 2021.
Gabriel Llobera

Vice President of the Confederation of Business Associations of the Balearic Islands (CAEB) since December 2017. President (2017-2022) of the Balearic Islands Hotel Chains Association (ACH). Vice President and former president of AHPM (2013-2018). Member of the Consell de Turisme of CEOE. Former president of FEHM from 2017 to 2018. Currently member of the Board of Directors. Member of the Executive Committee of ITH, Gabriel Llobera has worked at Garden Hotels since 1987 and as CEO sin 2007. His work is based on coordination positioning strategies to strengthen and consolidate the company in the industry. He stands out for his conciliatory and affable personality with which he leads the organisation of the company’s operations, thus achieving its gradual growth.
Magdalena Ramis
Executive Vice President
Daughter of the Founder and President of Grupo Garden, Miquel Ramis, and representative of the second generation at the head of the company. Se leads the tourism transformation with commitment, strategic vision and passion. She drives innovation, modernisation and continuous improvement projects in the conceptualisation and space management. With a dynamic energy, she assumes executive responsabilities in all areas, focusing on the brands’ competitive positioning. Her altruistic vocation and and people-oriented approach allow her to promote Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, standing out as an advocate of sustainable development and social impact. An inspiring and committed person, she works for a legacy that combines business excellence and the positive transformation of the sector.
