You can book a room on our website by selecting the hotel you wish to book, arrival and departure date and number of guests. You can also call our call centre (+34 971098946) to make bookings or to request a price.

Yes, you can check in online through this link. By doing so before your arrival at the hotel, you will have access to an exclusive space at reception to avoid queues. This way you can start your holiday before everyone else without having to wait in line.If you have booked through our official website or Call Centre, you will find a link to check in online in the booking confirmation email. Two days before your arrival, we will send you another reminder email.If, on the other hand, you haven’t booked through our official website, you will find the locator on your booking voucher; you can enter it here to check in online.If you don’t know your booking number, send us an email to infoweb@gardenhotels.com and we will give you a hand.

If you select the non-refundable rate (the cheapest rate), you have to pay for your stay when you make the booking. In other words, 100% of the booking cost is charged in advance. The amount is not refunded if you cancel the booking.

The Garden Hotels website only accepts card payments. Payment can be made using any of the most common debit or credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, 4B, American Express, etc.

All rates except non-refundable rates are paid in full upon arrival at the establishment. A bank card is requested at the time of booking as a guarantee.

You can pay at the hotel in cash or by card. In Spain, cash payment is limited to a maximum of €999.99 for residents and €9,999.99 for non-residents.

If you have booked a non-refundable rate, you have to cover 100% of the booking cost.If you have booked a rate other than a non-refundable rate, the entire booking cost will be refunded if you cancel up to two days before the arrival date. If you cancel within two days of arrival, you will be charged 20% of the booking cost.

Yes. When you arrive at the hotel, you can pay for the booking with a different card to the one left as a guarantee.Please note that for non-refundable rates, you will have paid 100% of the cost at the time of booking.

Yes. The booking must be in the same name as the card used to guarantee the booking.

If you have booked a non-refundable rate, you can’t make any modifications to your booking.If you have booked a rate other than the non-refundable rate, you can cancel or modify your booking by email or on our website. If you wish to make any other types of amendments, please contact our call centre (+34 971098946) or send an email to info@gardenhotels.com

Drinks are not included with half board. Half board with drinks includes free access to the drinks dispenser during dining service.

It depends on the hotel. It will be indicated on the website at time of booking whether drinks are included or not. If you are not sure whether drinks are included, please visit the FAQ of the hotel in question.

An ecotax applies to all of our hotels on the Balearic Islands. Ecotax is a sustainable tourism tax applicable to all tourist establishments, which was implemented in 2016 in order to compensate for the territorial and environmental impact of tourism on the islands.
It is paid per person and per day (under 16s are exempt). If you are a guest between 1 May and 31 October, the charge is between €2 and €4, depending on the category of the hotel. If you are a guest outside of those dates, the charge is between €0.50 and €0.75.
The tax is reduced by 50% from the ninth night in the same hotel.
This tax must be paid upon arrival at the establishment.

Yes, pets up to fifteen kilograms are welcome at Garden Playanatural and at Garden Holiday Village. You have to book a special pet-friendly room and there’s a surcharge. You will find further information on the page detailing
the services at Garden Playanatural and the services at Garden Holiday Village.

Yes. We follow appropriate quality standards and dishes are prepared using utensils that have not been in contact with products containing gluten. Please advise reception staff upon arrival if you or a member of your family is coeliac and they will pass on the information to kitchen staff. Gluten-free food will be appropriately labelled in the dining hall. However, and as an additional precaution, please also advise dining hall staff and they will let you know which dishes are suitable on the menu of the day.

Yes. Garden Hotels is a company committed to the environment and the local area, communities and suppliers. Therefore, Garden Hotels has been buying local and seasonal products where possible for a number of years. Organic and/or kilometre 0 dishes and products will be labelled accordingly.
