Last weekend marked the end of the season for Garden Hotels Ágora Calvià in the Superliga Femenina 2. Although the final result was bittersweet, the team showed courage, skill and determination in every match.
The last match of the season took place against Club Volleyball Esplugues and was a reflection of the team’s fighting spirit. Despite a hard-fought first set, the Mallorcans overcame a tough first set and showed steady play in the following sets. The combination of a solid defence and powerful attack allowed the players to secure victory with a final score of 1-3.
Although the final result was not enough to stay in the category, the Garden Hotels Ágora Calvià has left its mark on the competition. Beyond the numbers in the table, the team has shown an unwavering commitment, teamwork and passion for sport, values that we at Garden Hotels share and that move us to sponsor and support the women’s volleyball team. We applaud the effort and dedication of each player, as well as the hard work of the coaching and training staff. Despite the challenges, they have been an example of perseverance.
After the end of the season, we would like to send a message of encouragement and support to the whole team. Achievements are not only measured in victories and defeats, but in the road travelled and the passion shown in every game. We are eager to see what the future holds for the Garden Hotels Ágora Calvià and we know that they will continue to leave their mark on the world of women’s volleyball.
