Round 13 was marked by an interesting Balearic derby, in which the girls fought bravely against Club Vóley Sóller. Although the result was not as expected, we commend the team’s outstanding efforts. Perseverance and a positive attitude were evident throughout the match. Victory did come on match day 14, with a fantastic result for our team against CE Voleibol l’Hospitalet. The team showed impressive play at home, securing all 3 points with a 3-0 victory. The players stayed strong in every set, demonstrating the constant progression of the Garden Hotels Ágora Calviá throughout the season. Finally, the most recent match on day 15, this time against the girls of MCR CV Premià de Dalt Maresme, ended with the defeat of the Mallorcans, whose ranks were recently reinforced with Meche Arends, a point-receiver player who brings experience to the team, in attack as well as in defence and reception.
