Still don’t know what the UTIB Challenge is? Do not worry, we will explain it to you. The UTIB Challenge is a promise. It is a purpose. It is a combined goal that we would love to see you participate in. Because at Garden Hotels we believe that with small actions we can create a better world and we are very happy to tell you that we are the main collaborators at one of the community events in Mallorca that brings more participants together for a cause worth fighting for. The UTIB (Ultra Trail Balearic Islands) Challenge is a community sporting event with the objective to complete the 5 ultra-distance races in the Balearic Islands in one year to raise funds for the Yes With Cancer association. All funds raised will go to create new in-hospital units promoting physical activity and sport for patients who are fighting against this disease. Majorcan hospitals such as Son Llatzer have already been able to integrate these new units thanks to the work of this fantastic association. If you want to participate in this community event, pay attention: as we know that you may not be able to dedicate as much to the sport as you would like, we have organised a training session for this challenge in our Alcudia Garden Aparthotel.
