Menorca
Menorca, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1993, boasts more than two hundred kilometres of virtually unspoilt coastline. The island is famous for its long sandy beaches, its rocky coves and its turquoise waters. A true paradise for you to spend your holidays!

Cala d’en Bosch
The beach of Cala d’en Bosch is one of the closest to Ciutadella. With a family atmosphere thanks to its calm waters, this fine white-sand beach boasts an extensive range of services.

History
Menorca has many prehistoric megalithic constructions that are well worth visiting, such as the ‘taulas’ formed by two large T-shaped blocks of stone that can exceed four metres and are exclusive to the island; the so-called ‘navetas’, which are funerary constructions in the form of an inverted ship; and talayots, stone towers that were probably used for surveillance purposes.

Day trips
If you come to Menorca, these are some of the must-visits: the Fornells Tower, one of the largest defensive towers on the island; Monte Toro, the highest peak in Menorca from where you can see the entire island; the Cova d’en Xoroi, a bar embedded in a natural cave from which you can admire the best sunsets of Menorca; the Fort of Marlborough, in the port of Mahón; and El Camí de Cavalls, a path that runs the 185 kilometres around the island.
