Market tour and traditional cooking workshop
Located in the centre of Palma, the Olivar Market is the city’s largest traditional market. This visit is an opportunity to immerse yourself in its vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere. We will visit the various stalls, admire their fruit, fish and other delicacies, meet the vendors and buy some of the ingredients we will need for our workshop.
When we return, we’ll embark on a hands-on cooking workshop to create a complete seasonal Mallorcan menu, including an aperitif, starter, main course, dessert and, of course, local wine.
