Palma walking tour
Enjoy strolling between the trees of the Paseo del Born, Palma’s most beautiful boulevard, until you reach the cathedral, the second tallest Gothic cathedral in the world. The construction of this astonishing building began in 1229 and was only completed several centuries later, in 1601. One of its chapels contains a work by Barceló, commissioned more than 20 years ago. Enjoy a private tour of the Cathedral and stroll through the Old Town, including the Plaça de Cort with the town hall and its 800-year-old olive tree.
You can also visit La Lonja, an elegant domed building with spiral columns that once housed the city’s fish market, and has now been converted into a wonderful exhibition space.
