Legal conditions of the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS programme
PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS is the loyalty programme of CESGARDEN S.L., under its registered trademark GARDEN HOTELS, in which NIVIA HOTELS S.L. also participates
It is an open and free programme designed to provide added value and reward the loyalty of customers who book through the www.gardenhotels.com website and/or the GARDEN HOTELS call centre.
- Access to the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS programme and transactions made through the www.gardenhotels.com website and the telephone booking service of the GARDEN HOTELS call centre imply acceptance of the following terms and conditions of use:
- – Acceptance of the privacy policy of the GARDEN HOTELS website.
- – Acceptance of the subscription to receive future offers and news from the establishment.
- – In order to limit access to confidential information relating to the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS account through the www.gardenhotels.com website, so that it can only be accessed by or with the consent of the account holder, you must enter your personal details (name, surname, date of birth, country of residence), a unique and personal email address and a password.
- – If you forget your password, you can request that it be sent to you again at the email address you have provided. To do this, go to the website www.gardenhotels.com, access the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS section and click on the option “Forgot password?”
- – The client is responsible for the safekeeping of the chosen password. CESGARDEN S.L. will not be held responsible for the consequences of any unauthorised use, even by third parties, of the client’s password.
THE PROGRAMME
The aim of the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS programme is to reward customer loyalty by offering them exclusive benefits, content and communication that will enhance their experience at GARDEN HOTELS before, during and after their stay. By enrolling in the programme and making your reservations through www.gardenhotels.com and/or the call centre, you identify yourself as a PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS customer.
Please note that the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS S benefits can only be enjoyed by natural persons of legal age (as identified by their personal details) who have registered with the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS programme through the www.gardenhotels.com website or the Garden Hotels call centre.
LEVELS
The levels of the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS loyalty programme are calculated on the basis of NIGHTS STAYED, corresponding to bookings made via www.gardenhotels.com and/or the GARDEN HOTELS call centre, accumulated over a period of 24 months.
- There are currently 3 levels of PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS. customers (valid from 20 February 2023):
- ESSENTIAL: This is the basic level that applies to a customer after registering with PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS and making a booking through www.gardenhotels.com and/or the GARDEN HOTELS call centre and staying for 0 to 14 nights. After the 14th night within a period of 24 months, the ESSENTIAL customer will be upgraded to the
AMBASSADOR level. - AMBASSADOR: This is the intermediate level that applies to the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS customer after having stayed between 15 and 34 nights in a period of 24months, booked through www.gardenhotels.com and/or the GARDEN HOTELS call centre. After the 34th night in 24 months, the AMBASSADOR customer will be upgraded to the PRIORITY level.
- PRIORITY: This is the highest level available to PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS customers after their 34th night in a period of 24 months, booked through www.gardenhotels.com and/or the GARDEN HOTELS call centre.
Bookings will be credited to the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS account once the customer has registered with the programme.
Only bookings made by the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS account holder via www.gardenhotels.com and/or the GARDEN HOTELS call centre, after login or identification at PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS, and after the corresponding nights have been stayed at the hotel (day after check-out), during a period of 24 months and from 20 February 2023 (all bookings made before this date will not be counted for the calculation of the level) will automatically accumulate for the calculation of the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS level).
If a booking is made without prior registration or identification with PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS, the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS benefits will not be applied during the stay and will not automatically be included in the programme account for the calculation of the level.
Offers and discounts advertised on the website cannot be combined with loyalty programme discounts.
The benefits and discounts included in the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS programme are only valid for bookings made through www.gardenhotels.com or through the GARDEN HOTELS call centre when the customer has previously registered through www.gardenhotels.com
CESGARDEN S.L. y NIVIA HOTELS S.L. L. will not be responsible for any changes that may be made to the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS programme, including its cancellation. Registration and access to the PRIVILEGE GARDEN HOTELS programme implies that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions set out herein.

Although the Privilege Garden Hotel benefits are universal, they may be subject to minor adjustments and/or adaptations, as well as exceptions in their application, according to the conditions of each hotel.

Privilege Garden Hotels, the international loyalty programme of Garden Hotels, applies to all hotels belonging to Garden Hotels and Nivia Hotels.
