Ethical Channel

CESGARDEN SL (hereinafter Garden Hotels), in its organization and management model, and in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory violations and fighting against corruption, has enabled an Ethics Channel not only to have preventive effectiveness and enable the detection of acts or behaviors that may be contrary to general or sectoral regulations, but also to demonstrate its commitment to promoting good faith in its labor relations, both for its employees and for its clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Its sole purpose is to notify the Ethics or Compliance Committee of any detection of criminal or administrative infringement, as well as the existence of any procedural or organizational weaknesses. The Ethics or Compliance Committee is an independent collegiate body whose main function is to receive, manage, and coordinate the procedure regarding communications received through the group’s ethical channels.

Who can use the Whistleblower Channel?

Any third party (investor, advisor, client, supplier, employees, collaborators etc.) may communicate their reports to the Committee by completing the form.
