At Garden Hotels we believe that education is everything, so we are pleased to announce our collaboration with CaixaBank Dualiza in an innovative project that seeks to train Vocational Training (VT) Teachers in sustainability. This initiative, which is part of the Circular Vocational Training Project, has the main objective of training educators to apply sustainability criteria in the educational curriculum, in line with the requirements established by the new Vocational Training law approved in 2022.
At Garden Hotels, we have always believed in the importance of sustainability and environmental responsibility in the tourism sector. That is why we are proud to be part of this free open online course (MOOC) designed by CaixaBank Dualiza, where we will share our knowledge and experiences in circular economy and sustainability.
The Circular VT project, in which we also participate together with CIFP Juníper Serra and CIFP Río Tormes, will provide the necessary materials for this course, which will serve as an example of good practices in the tourism sector. We are convinced that this initiative will contribute to improving the training of VT students in circular economy and sustainability, preparing them to face the environmental and social challenges of the 21st century in their work environment.
