At Garden Hotels, we love to reuse materials we have already to give them a new life. We are always thinking about how to innovate and explore new ways to promote sustainability through the circular economy. So today, we want to tell you about our latest project, which perfectly reflects this commitment. In cooperation with the Punts en Vida (life points) association of Inca (Mallorca), we have started a unique initiative: transforming the curtains of our establishments into aprons for the animation programme activities in our hotels: Garden Experience.
A project with a sustainable soul
The essence of this action is simple but powerful: to reuse and give a second life to already existing objects. Thus, the curtains that used to adorn our bedroom windows can now find a new function as aprons for our entertainment programmes. This transformation not only reduces waste, but also brings a personal and meaningful touch to our activities.
A task in which we have the help of the Punts en Vida association of Inca. With its mission to give a second life to textile materials and support the local community, this collective has been a key partner in the project. Its team of sewing experts have been working diligently to turn the curtains into function and attractive aprons. A collaborative effort that not only promotes sustainability, but also supports the local economy and strengthens community ties.
Because at Garden Hotels, we firmly believe in the importance of the circular economy and the need to reuse and recycle whenever possible. Whether this is through major initiatives, such as our organic waste composting, or small but significant projects like this one, we continue to look for ways to minimise our environmental impact.

The context of Garden Experience, in which these aprons will be used, offers a wide variety of activities for all ages, from creative workshops to sports and evening entertainment.
