Tour coastal and inland Mallorca on your bike
If you choose the Challenge Vuelta a Mallorca, taken in four stages of around 100 kilometres you will get into the soul of Mallorca. Starting off in the south of the island: cycling along the Arenal de Llucmajor you will follow a route by the open sea where the breeze, sun and light so typical of the Balearic archipelago, as well as its endemic Garrigue, are the main participants. The route towards Port de Pollença will present you with quiet and wild enclaves such as Son Serra de Marina, and the Parc Natural de s’Albufera, the most important and extensive wetland area in the Balearic Islands, which will undoubtedly leave you speechless before reaching the rocky northern tip of the island.
Your strength will be pushed to the limit on the ascent to the Castell de Santueri de Felanitx, an Asset of Cultural Interest, with a rich historical and heritage value: the view of this fortification located on one of the peaks of the Sierra de Levante in Mallorca will fill you with energy and drive to reach the finish line, at an altitude of over 400 metres, up a steep slope. The titanic effort that this stage will demand of you will have its reward: contemplating the memorable panoramic view of Puig de Sant Salvador from this majestic viewpoint in Levante.
